Our structural engineering capabilities allow us to design and analyze structures of any magnitude whether it is a multi-story building or an individual equipment support. We have experience with all structural materials and methods of construction. Our knowledge of structural behavior is backed with strong technical expertise and state of the art computer modeling.

At Century A&E our Civil/Site capabilities allow us to evaluate all aspects of the physical environment to ensure the landscape, structures and utilities work together to create a functional design as it relates to new or retrofitted facilities.

The staple design structure for a building is Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel. Century A&E structural engineers are well versed in the building codes and design methods for both of these materials as well as masonry, timber, fiberglass and aluminum.
Knowing the Structural Capacity of existing buildings and systems is often a critical first step for owners of existing construction. Much of Century A&E's experience is in re-use and renovation.

Our structural engineers are proficient in the use of state-of-the-art modeling software for analysis and allow us to analyze and render complicated structures in 3D.

Foundation design and geotechnical soils analysis are areas of expertise Century A&E possesses in-house. We are experienced with all types of designs such as spread footings or deep foundations.
